FRAthletics is a fitness hub located in North London, dedicated to helping young adults U35s build a better self, brick-by-brick, through sport.
Our mission is to support you on your fitness journey, whether you're just starting out or looking to advance, through a fun and dynamic programme.

MEMBERSHIP
Our goal is to offer a specialised yet affordable program that empower all participants to thrive.
For under 18, classes are completely free, while those aged over 18 have the option to pay just £20 per month for full access to all our sessions or pay £3 per session.
We offer a free trial session to all new members.

These classes are for everyone, whether you're a total beginner or have combat sport experience, there's a spot for you.
All classes are completely FREE for under 18s.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this hour is your time to unwind, stretch, and reconnect—right in the heart of your community.

Develop strength, agility, and technique in our Muay Thai classes, available for both adults and kids beginners and seasoned competitors. These engaging sessions focus on building fitness and technique in a fun and supportive environment.

Enhance your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness with our guided yoga classes. Designed to nurture both body and mind, these sessions create a calm, supportive atmosphere for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Strength and conditioning is the foundation of athletic performance, helping individuals build resilience, power, and functional fitness for both sport and daily life.
RUN CLUB
Saturday
9am
Whether you're training for a race or just wanting staying active, this run club is for you. We run (no pun intended) various sessions from long runs to high intensity drills. These will help you build endurance, improve speed, and stay motivated every step of the way (this one was intended).
