Ryan - Founder & Head Coach
Ryan is an active competitor in both Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He has had the privilege of training with world-class instructors, including Trainer Gae, Mathias Gallo Cassarino, and Jean-Charles Skarbowsky. Ryan first competed in Thailand at the age of eight and has regularly returned to deepen his expertise. Known for his dynamic teaching style, Ryan’s classes combine intensity with enjoyment, offering students an authentic Muay Thai experience that challenges and inspires.

Nishan - Founder & Instructor
Nish is an avid gym goer who also enjoys training in calisthenics. His background is primarily in football which he has played since a young age eventually leading him to play division 2 football in the US. Beyond the pitch, he’s a strength & conditioning coach, helping athletes (and Thursday warriors) get stronger, faster, and more resilient. When he’s not coaching or lifting, you’ll probably find him diving into a game of table tennis, padel, or out for a run, basically, if it gets the heart pumping, Nish is in.

Stef - Instructor
Stef first discovered Muay Thai while traveling in Thailand, where she developed a deep love and appreciation for the sport. What started as a new experience quickly turned into a lifelong passion, fueling her motivation both inside and outside the gym. Now, as the women’s-only Muay Thai coach, Stef brings that same energy and dedication to creating a supportive and empowering space for women to learn, grow, and fall in love with Muay Thai just as she did.

John - Instructor
John is a dedicated Muay Thai practitioner with a deep passion for the art and its transformative impact. Through years of disciplined training and personal growth, he has come to understand not only the physical benefits of Muay Thai, but also its powerful effects on mental resilience, focus, and confidence. Committed to sharing this experience, John wishes to help students whether they’re looking to improve fitness, learn self-defence, or challenge themselves on a deeper level.

Isaac - Head of Communications
Isaac is a passionate Muay Thai practitioner who has personally experienced its transformative impact on individuals' lives. For him, bringing Muay Thai into communities goes beyond physical fitness—it fosters mental well-being, discipline, and a healthier lifestyle.

Mike - Head of Partnerships
Michael’s fitness journey began as a decision to become stronger, healthier, and more disciplined. Along the way, he discovered a love for running, using it as both a physical outlet and a way to bolster his resilience and mindset. More recently, he’s found a new passion in Muay Thai. Together, these two disciplines have transformed his approach to fitness, shaping a mindset centred on progress and balance. Now, Michael hopes to share that same passion within his community, inspiring others to take the first step toward their own fitness journey.

Zoe - Yoga teacher
Zoe began yoga at 15 for stress relief and soon embraced its physical benefits. She trained in Rishikesh, earning a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2024, plus a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification in Thailand. Her classes help students disconnect, slow down, and reconnect while building strength and alignment. She fosters a welcoming space for all levels to explore movement, breath, and stillness, embracing yoga as a personal and shared journey.

Roberto - Instructor
Roberto is a dedicated martial artist with over 40 years of experience across various disciplines, including Karate, Muay Thai, and Judo. Holding black belts in both Judo and Karate, he has spent his life learning combat sports.
